  • Thanks to everyone who attended the
conference!  You helped to make it the best
    IASD regional conference ever.

Dreaming and Creativity

Dreams offer an unsurpassed opportunity for us to observe the creative
spirit in action, totally unencumbered by the restrictions of waking life. Like
an artist in the studio, our dreaming self loves to cut, paste, and move
imagery around in a number of surprising and occasionally shocking ways
to get our attention. As it does so, new and innovative ways solving
problems can come to light which are not always obvious in waking life.

In this two day regional conference, you will have the opportunity to meet
and learn from some of the world's leaders in dreaming as well as network
with others who share your interest in dreams.

In additional to key note lectures by internationally recognized leaders in the
field of dream studies, there will also be opportunities to explore the creative
potential of dreaming through experiential workshops, presentations and
discussions.
By the end of this conference, you will
recognize the deep, undeniable
connection between dreaming and the
creative process.  You will also leave
with an expanded awareness of the
tremendous diversity of work being
done in the field of dream studies.

After the conference, you will have
many new tools for working with dreams
which will enhance your creative
practice in the weeks and months to
come.
